After a first phase of anchoring of the project in the four countries and of methodological framing, this second report makes state of the operational starting of the activities on the ground. It acts, after the confirmation of the pilot zones by the institutional partners in each country, of the establishment of a first analysis of the electrification situation, and launching of the socio-economic investigations, in order to study the development poles and to analyse the solvent demand for electricity.
